Rental Requirements and Guidelines:
- You must have a current, valid U.S. or State or International driver’s license.
- You must be 21 years of age or older.
- You must provide proof of insurance for rental vehicles.
- You must demonstrate adequate driving/riding skills.
- You must not be under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
- You agree not to allow anyone other than yourself or other authorized drivers under your rental agreement to operate your slingshot rental.
- Helmets are available and highly recommended
- Gas tank must be filled with premium (93 Octane) during the trip and prior to return
- You agree not to perform stunts of any kind on your slingshot rental including but not limited to, drifting or burnouts
- You must leave $300, refundable security deposit with a major credit card or debit card that is in the renter’s name. If a major credit card is not available in renters, a $2000 cash deposit may be accepted.
- We reserve the right to terminate your rental agreement and retake possession of the slingshot in response to a violation of any of the foregoing.
Note: Slingshot is not an automobile; it is an autocycle. It does not have airbags and it does not meet automotive safety standards. Three-wheel vehicles may handle differently than other vehicles, especially in wet conditions. Always wear a DOT-approved full-face helmet and fasten seatbelts.
Insurance
You are required to have state mandated minimum collision/comprehensive and liability insurance.
Medical insurance is not provided and is the responsibility of the customer.
You are responsible for all damage or loss you cause to the vehicle and to others. If for any reason our slingshot gets damaged, you are responsible. You agree to provide liability, collision and comprehensive insurance covering you, us, and the vehicle.
If for any reason our slingshot gets damaged, the amount needed for the repair will be deducted out of your security deposit, debited from your card, and/or submitted to your insurance provider for payment.

Additional Drivers: $15 per day
Delivery Rates:
Free delivery for three or more day rentals. Delivery charges are based on 24 hour or more rentals. Deliveries for rentals less than 24 hours will incur additional charges.
